Absolutely! However, to ensure we can accommodate your preferred date and time, we highly recommend booking your treatment in advance here .
Yes! Couples treatments are available at our River Rock Casino Resort and Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel locations. You can find more information about our couples or group bookings here.
Just a reminder that we do have a cancellation policy in effect.
Our booking system will require a credit card to complete the reservation. If we do not receive 24 hours notice of cancellation, you may be subject to a $50 dollar fee for each appointment missed.
For groups of three or more, we do request 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify the location with an updated estimated time of arrival. We will always try our best to accommodate the full length of service.
If you arrive late without notifying our team, please note that your treatment times may be shortened with no reduction in price.
Treatments booked with Registered Massage Therapists will begin and end at the scheduled time.
You can undress to your level of comfort in the privacy of the treatment room. If you’re receiving a massage or body treatment, it’s ideal to disrobe down to your underwear, but it’s entirely up to you. Your therapist will ensure that you are properly draped during the treatment to protect your privacy. Disposable underwear is provided for services where it is required.
We do not offer direct billing, but we can issue you with an insurance receipt to submit to your claim for reimbursement.
We recommend starting with body treatments such as body wraps, scrubs, massages, spray tans, and waxing followed by facial and nail care. Let us know if you have any additional questions about the recommended booking sequence.
