Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and passionate Registered Massage Therapists to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to perform a range of massage techniques including sports, pregnancy, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
To be successful in this role, you must have a client-centered approach providing an initial consultation to understand the client’s underlying conditions and if any
precautions need to be adhered to.
We are open to part-time and/or full-time candidates, however you must have availability to work Saturdays.
We have positions located at River Rock Casino & Resort (Richmond).

Responsibilities:

•  Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs
  of clients.
• Utilize a variety of techniques including sports, pregnancy, deep tissue, and
  therapeutic massages.
• Consult with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress
  and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful
• Massage and knead the muscles and soft tissues of the human body in order to
  provide treatment for medical conditions, injuries or wellness maintenance
• Prepare and blend oils, and apply the blends to clients’ skin
• Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records of clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with other spa staff to create a cohesive and relaxing environment.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Massage Therapist certification.
• Proficiency in sports, pregnancy, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage
  techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform massages on diverse clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
